We are so grateful for all the support from our community and beyond, and we are excited to continually grow & serve in the fitness community! Stay tuned for glimpses of what is to come with a shift into our next, new chapter!

Our Core Values

{ Empowerment }

Empowering others by lifting each other up, being a second voice of belief and encouragement. Acknowledging that we may be the one to initiate a positive spark of belief in one’s self for another peer.

{ Cultivating a Positive Atmosphere }

We are strong believers of being a product of your environment. Prioritizing fostering an environment that welcomes, inspires, and isn't comparison driven. A place where we champion each other on, support fellow peers, celebrate the wins of others, and foster camaraderie. Creating a community that excites return!

{ Growth Never Stops }

We are always a student. There is always something new to learn, improvements to be made, or growth to strive towards. Acknowledging that our learning and growth journey never stops, and that perfection, although what we strive towards, is unreachable but in the most exciting way!

{ Steward Our Body }

Prioritizing taking care of our body and overall health. Realizing that our body is a gift and stewarding it well by tending to the health of our body and mind.

{ Acts of Service }

The interactions we have with others have impact and influence. Seeking to be a light and create positive interactions with others, leaving them better than we found them.

{ Staying True + Authentic }

Being the person we would want to be around. Authentic and unchanging, not compromising honesty, practicing humility, accountability, compassion and grace.

{ Pursuit + Embrace of the Challenge }

Pushing ourselves and chasing the challenge to achieve goals we never thought possible. Embracing and appreciating the process of growth to get there, and celebrating when we reach the top of our mountain!

{ Dedication }

Taking pride in our work and a job well done. Being detail oriented, dedicated to providing quality, the best service and experience!
